Eligibility Criteria for the Mini MBA Scholarship

  1. Target:
    • Must be a medical student currently enrolled in a recognized medical school in Sub-Saharan Africa, OR
    • An early-stage doctor (with not more than 5 years of post-MBBS experience) from Sub-Saharan Africa and currently living in the region.
  2. Residency Requirement:
    • Applicants must be citizens of a Sub-Saharan African country.
  3. Commitment to Leadership:
    • Demonstrated interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, or healthcare innovation, as evidenced by personal projects, career goals, or extracurricular activities.
  4. Academic Standing:
    • Students must provide proof of satisfactory academic performance (e.g., recent transcripts or a letter of recommendation from a dean, supervisor, or senior colleague).
  5. Personal Statement:
    • Submit a 250–300 word personal statement explaining:
      • Why are they interested in the mini MBA program?
      • How will the program help them achieve their healthcare leadership or entrepreneurship professional goals?
  6. Social Media Requirement:
    • Applicants must follow the sponsor’s social media accounts and demonstrate active engagement.
  7. Program Commitment:
    • Must commit to completing the entire duration of the mini MBA program and all required coursework.
