Not Everyone You Meet Will Like You.

Not everyone you meet will like you,

Especially if you’re bold and confident.

However, a lot more people will like you.

Your focus shouldn’t be on the former.

Instead, channel your energy towards those who like and appreciate you.

Because:

  • They see your potential and value.
  • They are more likely to support your initiatives.
  • They can become allies and collaborators in your journey.

In life, we often find ourselves trying to win over sceptics.

It’s human nature to want universal approval, but not everyone will be on board, and that’s perfectly okay.

So know that the ones who are with you are your real asset.

When I first joined one of my former organisations, I faced resistance.

Not everyone was thrilled with the changes I proposed.

Some saw my confidence as arrogance.

But instead of focusing on the naysayers, I turned my attention to those willing to listen and saw the value in my ideas.

Over time, these allies became instrumental in driving our endeavours.

We achieved remarkable milestones because they believed in the mission.

So, to make an impact, focus on your supporters.

Ask yourself:

1️⃣How can I leverage their strengths?

2️⃣How can we collaborate for a more significant impact?

3️⃣What value can I bring to their lives?

Remember, your journey is not about pleasing everyone.

It’s about making a difference with those who believe in you.

Let’s keep pushing boundaries together.
